Cancellation/Refund Rule
- Partial Cancellation of a room booking is not permitted. For Example: Suppose a room is booked for 4 Nights from 04/09/2012 to 08/09/2012 (Check-in Date 04/09/2012 and Check-out Date 09/09/2012). In that case, cancellation is not permitted if guest/member wants to cancel the booking of any date/dates between his/her room booking period).
- Complying Rule 1 above, partial cancellation of booking is only possible in case of booking of 2 or more rooms in such a way that at least booking of 1 room should be existent after such cancellation of other booked room(s) by the guest/member.
- Normally, refund processing takes 14 to 20 working days to complete. For quick refund action, it is requested to visit our co-operative office for cancellation of booking.
- Cash Refund is not allowed. Refund will be credited directly to the Bank Account of guest/member.
- The following documents are required for refund processing
- Copy of Booking Document generated at the time of Initial Booking of Room(s).
- Copy of Allotment Details generated at the time of Initial Booking.
- Copy of Credit Note generated at the time of cancellation.
- Copy of Invoice for Cancellation Charge generated at the time of cancellation.
- Copy of Allotment Details at the time of Cancellation
- One Cancelled Cheque Leaf
- Copy of PAN Card
- Any Cancellation charge (as per percentage tabulated hereunder) including applicable tax if any, will be adjusted from the refund amount.
- Caution Money if collected at the time of booking will be refunded.
Cancellation Charges
Above 30 days : 10% on room rent
Above 15 days and upto 30 days : 25% on room rent
Above 7 days and upto 15 days : 50% on room rent
Above 3 days and upto 7 days : 75% on room rent
Within 3 days : Cancellation not possible.
